Had the most amazing honor of catering my sister’s baby shower yesterday! The tea party themed spread included chicken salad croissants, avocado toasts, vanilla eclairs, salted caramel brownie bites, deviled eggs, cucumber sandos, funfetti cupc WOW!!!!! still soaking in all the fun from this past weekend, the valentines weekend sale at the @chicagoartisanmarket. i am so insanely blessed for the new friends i made at my first market in chicago! i know it can only get better from here. HUGE t Hoppy Easter Weekend! This was my biggest drop yet! I’m so happy that I made the fan fav this week. Carrot cake isn’t usually my go-to dessert, but it always hits the spot around spring time. As always, thanks for the love! No drop this w Happy Monday! My macaron sale was absolutely insane, so thanks again for all the love and support! This past weekend’s sale was a trio of macarons; vanilla bean with a vanilla shell, lemon curd and blueberry jam with a vanilla shell tinted with Croissants were such a hit! I went with caramelized white chocolate pastry cream and pineapple compote for the fillings. I had never made caramelized white chocolate before, and I think it turned out great! Hand laminating dough is always challenging March is already here!! To finish out February, I decided to try out a half and half cookie: half double chocolate chunk with dark cocoa powder and dark chocolate, paired with a classic semisweet chip chocolate chip cookie! I filled each cookie with This past weekend’s treat was coconut cupcakes! Coconut milk cupcake, vanilla bean swiss meringue buttercream, absolutely covered in toasted coconut. These turned out so delicate in crumb and overall flavor was light but impactful. Thanks alway Happy Belated Valentines! Thanks again to everyone who bought themed treats this past week; it was so fun making them for everyone. Keep your eyes peeled for this weeks drop! 😉 Happy February! Oatmeal Creme Pies were a HIT this past weekend! I ate alotttt of Little Debbies Snacks growing up. Upgrading this childhood classic was so fun and I’m so happy everyone enjoyed them as well. I hope the rest of the month treats First sale of 2025! I decided on a loaded Nutella cookie with olive oil roasted and salted hazelnuts. The chocolate cookie turned out so chewy and fudgey and the hazelnuts gave the perfect crunch. Thanks to everyone who grabbed one!
