Bite Me! releases new drops weekly. Earlier in the week, I announce the goodie of the week. Place your order through my website and finalize payment online. Select your pick-up day, usually either Fridays or Saturdays. Currently, orders are pick-up only, located in Oak Park, IL.

Yes, I do! Simply fill out my Custom Request Form. As these requests are based on my availability, form submission does NOT guarantee that your order is confirmed. I will follow up via email with an order confirmation, a request for additional details, and/or a declined order status. Kindly wait 48 hours for a response.

Due to the nature of the requests, customs are non-refundable. Weekly drops can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to pick-up, with a 75% refund. If you cancel within 48 hours of pick-up, you will receive a 50% refund.

Yes! Gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan products can be placed as a custom order using my online form.
